Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures across CT and radiography, ensuring high-quality results and patient safety. You will support technologists and physicians, manage pre-procedural verification, and maintain equipment readiness in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have an accredited radiologic technology program completion, ARRT credentials, and BLS certification, with strong communication and teamwork skills to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Radiography certification required.
• Computed Tomography certification or CT experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with performing exams and selecting appropriate protocols.
• Operates imaging equipment and ensures image quality for diagnosis.
• Maintains patient safety, privacy and comfort throughout procedures.
• Verifies orders, schedules, and pre-procedural verification.
• Coordinates with radiologists and other staff to complete studies.
