Job summary

The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH seeks a CT Technologist to operate CT imaging equipment and support CT guided procedures in the Radiology Department. You will produce high-quality images, educate patients about procedures, and coordinate scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Ideal candidates are ARRT registered, with CT credential or a plan to obtain within one year, and hold an Ohio Radiographer license. BLS certification is required or obtainable within probation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT registration.
• CT credential or plan to obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Assist with CT guided procedures such as biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures and equipment to ensure comfort.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and care teams throughout the hospital.
