Job summary

Wellstar’s Douglas Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT imaging and provide supportive patient care. You will work as part of a collaborative radiology team, ensuring safety and accurate imaging while maintaining patient comfort and privacy throughout exams.

The role requires a radiology program completion, ARRT certifications, and at least 1 year of radiology experience, with a full-time schedule and benefits. Expect opportunities for growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• 1 year of Radiology experience or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to departmental guidelines and capture quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment independently and optimize techniques for diagnostic quality at the lowest reasonable dose (ALARA).
• Maintain infection control: clean/disinfect rooms and equipment; report issues promptly.
