Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT‑R (Radiography).
• ARRT‑CT – ARRT Computed Tomography.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and adjust techniques for diagnostic quality.
• Maintain infection control and report equipment issues promptly.
• Obtain clinical history, verify orders, and identify patients.
• Explain procedures using AIDET and reduce patient anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the visit.
• Document exams accurately in RIS/PACS and manage transfers.
• Monitor patient condition and assist with emergencies.
• Support department workflow and keep areas stocked.

Education
