Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB is required within one year of hire.
• BLS certification is required.
• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders with Radiologist before performing exam.
• Identify patient using two identifiers and explain procedures.
• Interview for medical history and review EMRs for pertinent data.
• Perform CT exam from start to dictated results.
• Maintain radiation safety and proper sterile technique.
