Requirements include a NJ license and ARRT, CT certification within 12–24 months of hire, and CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months. The role covers scheduling, safety, and equipment care.

Qualifications

• Three years hospital experience as a staff technologist preferred.
• Must have State of New Jersey license and ARRT.
• CT certification obtained within 12–24 months of hire.
• CPR certification or willing to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans according to SOPs.
• Prepare and set up equipment and materials for procedures.
• Under radiologist supervision, administer contrast agents.
• Maintain radiation safety for patients and staff.
• Schedule patients and manage workflow for the department.
• Ensure quality control of CT examinations and proper documentation.
