Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Clinical CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department in Ohio. The position involves night shifts on a 5x12-hour schedule, with a biweekly total of 60 hours and start/end times 7p–7a.

The role supports trauma and acute care patients, including stroke and cancer cases, and requires ensuring high-quality CT imaging and patient safety. The CT Technologist will perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examination.
• Maintain safety and apply ARRT standards during imaging procedures.
• Work independently or as part of the CT team while ensuring patient comfort.
