Job summary

The County of Riverside is hiring full‑time and per‑diem CT Technologists for its Computed Tomography unit at Riverside University Health Systems in Moreno Valley. Candidates will perform routine and advanced imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images following safety protocols.

Applicants should have completed an AMA approved Diagnostic Radiologic Technology training program and hold a valid California Radiologic Technologist License. Experience is preferred but not mandatory, and the role entails a weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• Preferred one year of hospital CT experience.
• Current California Radiologic Technologist License & Fluoroscopy Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures with high quality and critique images for diagnostic accuracy.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide resources regarding the CT exam.
• Administer medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Evaluate and ensure diagnostic quality of images.
