Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures and ensure patient safety across all age groups. You will operate Siemens CT equipment, position patients, and coordinate with radiologists to optimize imaging results.

Qualifications

• One-year hospital or clinical experience.
• ARRT/CRT in X-ray and CT.
• Adaptive patient care across age groups (neonatal to geriatric).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT procedures including startup procedures and test scans.
• Monitor patient safety and interview patient prior to CT exam.
• Monitor CT equipment and report issues to Radiology leadership.
• Assist with lifting, positioning, and transferring patients.
• Explain CT procedures to patients and coordinate with radiologist.
• Operate radiographic equipment and position patients with immobilization aids.
• Document procedures in logbook and complete forms.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies; notify shortages.
• Follow infection control protocols.
• Develop x-ray films using automatic equipment.
• Participate in training and in-service education.
• Orient new staff to department procedures.
