Job summary

RadNet in Riverside, CA is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high quality radiologic CT exams and monitor patients throughout procedures. You will administer contrast safely, educate patients, respond to physicians, and uphold patient privacy and safety standards.

Certification requirements include ARRT CT, ARRT (R) and BLS; one year of imaging experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• State licensure may be required: ARRT (R) and/or ARRT (CT).
• BLS certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Guide patients through exam procedures; answer questions and address concerns.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications in accordance with policies.
