Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform CT and molecular imaging procedures, administering ionizing radiation for diagnostic, therapeutic, or research purposes. You will prepare, evaluate, and acquire imaging data while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. The role involves assisting licensed practitioners with interventional procedures, mentoring students, and documenting medications and radiation exposure.

Qualifications

• ARRT or NMTCB certification upon hire; new graduates must obtain certification prior to employment.
• Graduate training in Radiologic Technology; a related bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• Ability to perform independently, adhere to safety standards, and effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct patient information, ensure proper identification, and prepare patients for exams.
• Use imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and apply ALARA principles.
• Prepare and administer medications through vascular access as prescribed.
• Evaluate image quality, verify data storage and transfer, and perform post-processing if needed.
• Assist with interventional procedures and educate healthcare team members.

The role involves assisting licensed practitioners with interventional procedures, monitoring and educating students and healthcare providers, and documenting activities related to medications and radiation exposure.
