Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA seeks a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and a patient-centered experience. You will perform CT procedures, ensure safety and comfort, and document examinations accurately in RIS/PACS.

You will work with a collaborative care team, follow ALARA principles, and maintain equipment and rooms per infection control guidelines, contributing to a supportive, efficient radiology service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT, BLS (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines and adjust techniques to maintain diagnostic quality with ALARA principles.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety.
• Obtain clinical history, verify orders, use AIDET, and explain procedures to reduce patient anxiety.
• Document studies accurately in RIS/PACS and manage equipment and room cleanliness per infection control schedules.
