Job summary

RadNet is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high quality CT exams, monitor patient well-being, and administer contrast safely at our Riverside imaging center. The role emphasizes patient care, clear communication with patients and physicians, and strict adherence to privacy and safety policies.

Candidates should have current state licensure and ARRT certification, with ARRT CT preferred, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• State licensure may be required; ARRT (R) and/or ARRT (CT) certification are needed
• BLS certification may be required depending on state regulations
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic CT exams on incoming patients
• Monitor patient wellbeing during exams and recognize discomfort or problems
• Administer contrast safely and effectively
• Guide patients through the exam process and address questions
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients
• Safeguard patient information and company property on site
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
