Job summary

RadNet is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality radiologic CT exams and monitor patients throughout the procedure. You will administer contrast safely, guide patients through the process, and respond to physician needs while maintaining patient privacy and professionalism.

The role requires ARRT CT certification and state licensure, with BLS where required. A minimum of one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred, with health benefits and 401(k) matching provided by RadNet.

Qualifications

• State licensure and ARRT CT certification may be required.
• BLS certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Guide patients through this process by explaining steps and answering questions.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients?
• Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
• Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
• Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
