Qualifications

• Associate degree or completion of an accredited Technical Program.
• NY State Radiologic Technologist IV License required within 180 days of hire.
• ARRT Certification in Radiography (X-Ray) required within 180 days of hire.
• ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required within 1 year of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Imaging procedures performed in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Assess patient condition and ensure safety throughout exams.
• Proficient use of HIS/RIS for scheduling, orders, and documentation.
• Operate CT equipment and perform quality control checks.
