Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans is seeking a CT Technologist to join our radiology team at the Philadelphia area location. The CT Technologist will operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images under the Radiologist, explain procedures to patients, and ensure accurate data entry into the Radiology Information System.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT certification and completion of an approved radiologic program, with 1–3 months of experience or training.

• ARRT certification is required.
• Formal training in an approved radiology program.
• 1–3 months of experience or training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Explain radiographic procedures to patients and obtain history.
• Perform clinical diagnostic CT examinations and prep as needed.
• Enter patient and exam data into the RIS accurately.
