Job summary

TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Lebanon, Tennessee, seeks a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT exams, ensure image quality, and maintain ALARA principles while coordinating patient flow and documenting in PACS.

The role requires ARRT certification with advanced CT, a radiologic technology degree, and BLS, with 1 year of post-graduate experience preferred. On-call rotation and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Current ARRT certification with advanced CT registry or registry eligible aiming for advanced CT certification within 1 year of hire or within 6 months of eligibility.
• 1-year post-graduate experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT exams following established protocols.
• Prepare procedure trays, start IVs for contrast administration, and utilize the power injector.
• Gather patient history, signs, and symptoms to provide radiologists with necessary clinical context.
• Support department quality initiatives and PI while adhering to ICARE values.
• Comply with quarterly targeted metrics and maintain licenses and accreditations.
• Contribute to the department's after-hour coverage through on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the diagnostic imaging team.
