Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high‑quality imaging and a supportive patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, follow ALARA principles, and collaborate with a care team to ensure accurate results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) and ARRT-CT certifications.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain diagnostic quality.
• Explain procedures and address patient questions using AIDET.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy and safety throughout the visit.
• Document and finalize studies in RIS/PACS; manage transfers as needed.
• Monitor patient condition and assist with emergencies as required.
