Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA seeks a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality CT imaging and a reassuring patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, ensure safety, maintain ALARA, and support a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT, and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines and maintain diagnostic image quality.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and apply ALARA principles.
• Disinfect and maintain rooms/equipment per infection control schedules.
• Obtain clinical history, verify orders, and identify patients.
• Explain procedures using AIDET and address patient questions.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the visit.
• Document studies in RIS/PACS and finalize results accurately.
• Monitor patient condition and assist in emergencies as needed.
• Support department workflow and compliance.
