Adventist Health Mendocino County is seeking a CT technologist to operate CT equipment, perform radiography and fluoroscopy, and ensure high-quality imaging for radiologist interpretation.

You will use PACS and teleradiology systems, maintain patient records, and uphold HIPAA standards while contributing to equipment maintenance and supply management. Prior ARRT and BLS certification are required, with facility-specific credentials.

Qualifications

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per AH policy.
• Facility-specific licenses/certifications.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for patients across age groups with HIPAA confidentiality adherence.

Responsabilités

• Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation.
• Performs radiography and fluoroscopy in addition to CT.
• Uses PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate location.
• Maintains accurate records, files and billing information.
• Ensures the integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manages supply inventory.
