Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an experienced CT technologist to perform routine and specialized CT examinations, adapting procedures under radiologist direction. You will prepare patients, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and quality in imaging with rapid turnaround for physician reports.

The role requires ARRT CT and Radiography registrations, BLS, and a related degree. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification within 1 year.
• ARRT Radiography registration.
• BLS within 30 days.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist (Radiography).
• Certificate of Completion: Radiologic Technology.
• Associate degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures accurately within departmental guidelines.
• Operates CT equipment and maintains safety standards.
• Adapts procedures per patient condition and radiologist direction.
• Supports radiologist during procedures with sterile technique.
• Documents pre/post procedure information in HIS STAR Radiology system.
• Maintains patient flow and timely report delivery.
