Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a CT Technologist II for a full-time weekend night schedule (Fri–Sun, 9:00 p.m.–9:30 a.m.).

The role performs CT and CT-guided interventional studies under physician direction, educating patients and families while safely operating imaging equipment. A trade school radiologic technology graduate with ARRT or CNMT certification and BLS is required; advanced CT registry must be pursued within two years of hire.

Qualifications

• ARRT or CNMT certification required; BLS certification required.
• Advanced CT registry in ARRT or CNMT to be obtained within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and CT-guided interventional procedures under physician direction; provide patient and family education; operate equipment safely; complete department documentation; maintain equipment and supply inventory.
