Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment across patient ages, producing diagnostic CT films and supporting high-level CT procedures including CTA studies. The successful candidate will ensure image quality, patient safety, and collaborate with radiology teams.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) registration, and a minimum of 2 years’ CT experience, with IV insertion and CPR

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered CT Technologist via ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT).
• At least 2 years’ experience as a CT Technologist.
• Basic knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy.
• Ability to insert intravenous catheter.
• Certified in cardio‑pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment to produce films for neonate to geriatric patients.
• Performs high-level CT functions, including invasive procedures and/or CTA coronary studies.

Responsibilities

Operates computerized tomography equipment to produce films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Performs high-level CT functions, including at least one of the following: invasive procedures and/or CTA coronary studies.

Qualifications

Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology.

Registered CT Technologist from ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT).

At least 2 years’ experience as a registered CT Technologist.

Basic knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy.

Ability to insert intravenous catheter.

Ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with various types of patients, visitors, physicians and other personnel.

Certified in cardio‑pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
