Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. in Smyrna, Georgia is looking for a motivated CT Technologist. In this PRN/Resource position, you will operate computerized tomography equipment to produce films for patients across all age groups.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate from an accredited school and have current registration with ARRT or NMTCB. Prior experience in CT scanning and the ability to insert IV catheters are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school.
• Registered CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT).
• Must hold American Heart Association Current Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

Operates computerized tomography equipment to produce films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school
• Registered CT Technologist with the ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT)
• Must hold American Heart Association Current Basic Life Support (BLS)

PREFERRED

• Prior training or experience in Computerized Tomography (CT) scanning.
• Ability to insert intravenous catheter
