Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography to join our department in Minneapolis. You will perform CT exams and ensure proper patient care while monitoring their needs throughout the process.

This full-time position includes evening shifts with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 available for eligible external candidates. Candidates must have ARRT certification and relevant education to provide exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal educational Radiologic Technology program accredited by a mechanism acceptable to the ARRT.
• Currently certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Possess CT certification (ARRT).

Responsibilities

• Performs Computed Tomography exams under the order of a licensed medical practitioner.
• Ensures patient preparation and protocol compliance for exams.
• Documents clinical and regulatory information in patient’s electronic chart.

Skills

Operation of CT scanning systems

Ability to perform CT examinations

Venipuncture and contrast administration

Ability to work effectively with others

Education

Radiologic Technology program

ARRT certification

CT certification

Current CPR certification
