Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. seeks a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with a focus on patient safety and quality care. Responsibilities include positioning, image acquisition, and adherence to all regulatory requirements for radiologic procedures.

Responsibilities also cover patient education, documentation, and collaboration with the Radiology team to ensure accurate imaging and smooth operations across the night shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology; or Graduate of an approved school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• Florida RT licensure or CT certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging to aid interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety principles to minimize exposure.
• Position patients and equipment to obtain optimal images.
• Maintain patient identification and accurate documentation.
• Utilize radiology systems effectively and ensure patient safety.
• Assist in supervision and training of technologists.
