Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT or NMTCB certification required; CT board certification within 12 months of hire.
• Less than one year of experience as Radiologic/CT Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of CT equipment to perform exams according to established practices.

• May work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and be on call as required.

They operate a variety of CT equipment to perform CT exams according to established practices under the direction of a Radiologist, Supervisor, and Lead Technologists, utilizing ionizing radiation. The CT technologist I is expected to provide support to Radiography students, new technologists and other hospital personnel as needed. May be required to work a variety of shifts, weekends, holidays, and take call on a rotational basis.

Experience

Less than one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist.
