Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL, is seeking a Radiology CT Technologist to perform CT imaging, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality documentation. The role requires CT training completion and ARRT CT certification, with BLS and state background screening compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year radiology experience with CT training completed
• ARRT RT(R) required
• BLS certification required
• Florida Level 2 background screening may apply per state law

Responsibilities

• Practice infection control standards and use PPE and disinfectants
• Follow department protocols for patient identification, consent, and time-out procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and PACS systems
• Educate patients about exams and complete exams timely
• Operate CT imaging equipment safely and adapt protocols for all ages
