Job summary

AdventHealth in Minneola, FL is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high‑quality CT exams, administer IV contrast, and educate patients. You will ensure imaging accuracy, follow ALARA principles, and collaborate with radiologists and the care team to maintain seamless patient care.

The role requires CT procedure knowledge, strong communication, and adherence to safety and documentation standards across EMR and PACS systems. This is an on‑site opportunity in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks conversational English.

• Experience in radiology and CT training program is preferred.
• Knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy and CT safety.
• Ability to follow departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality CT examinations per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients about the exam and maintain efficient workflow.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast following safety guidelines.
• Operate imaging equipment safely, including scanners, injectors and monitors.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and PACS.
