Job summary

Advocate Health and Hospitals Corporation’s Christ Medical Center in Palos Township is seeking a CT Technologist for Radiology. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with a 12:00–20:30 shift Monday–Thursday, Fridays 09:00–17:30, and rotating Saturdays.

Staff may cover at two locations as needed, with no Sundays or holidays. You will position patients, select imaging factors, perform data reformatting for CT exams, and ensure safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• 3 years general radiology experience.
• ARRT Registry and CPR certification required/preferred.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT procedures.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and immobilize for CT/MRI procedures.
• Select technical factors for optimal quality examinations.
• Post-process data to enhance images.
• Transfer patients to/from scanning table and explain procedures.
• Maintain safety standards and department policies.
