Baptist Health seeks a CT Technologist to join the CT Department at the St. Augustine ED in St. Augustine, Florida.

This PRN, varied shifts role requires participation in call and holiday rotation, with focus on delivering high quality imaging while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities include patient preparation, operating GE CT equipment, and collaborating with radiologists. ARRT(R), CRT, and BLS certifications are required, with ARRT CT certification to be achieved within 12

Formación

• 1-2 years Radiology experience preferred in a hospital setting.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) required.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high quality CT procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams.
• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Educate patients on the CT process and answer questions.
