It requires an Associate's or Bachelor's in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification, BLS, and 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience with CT imaging. The 13-week contract offers $2,194–$2,461 per week, 36 hours per week, and FLEX shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
