Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is hiring CT Technologists for 13-week contracts at a partnering Hospital in the Boston area. The role offers FLEX shifts, 36 hours per week, and opportunities for extension. Candidates should have ARRT certification and CT imaging experience, with BLS required and ACLS preferred.

Compensation ranges weekly and is influenced by qualifications; the employer provides comprehensive benefits and a strong support network through SHC.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
