Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking CT Technologists for contract opportunities at a partnering hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers flexible shifts and a chance to advance imaging skills while delivering quality patient care.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certification, a radiologic license, and 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience, with CT imaging experience strongly preferred. BLS is required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
