Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology is required.
• NYS licensure upon hire is required and ARRT certification with CE credits is required.
• Experience with CT procedures and image quality optimization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT exams following provider orders with supervision as needed.
• Prepares patients, positions them, and ensures correct exposure factors.
• Maintains documentation and ensures ALARA radiation safety practices.
• Trains new staff or assists in day-to-day activities as needed.
