Qualifications

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines and obtain quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain ALARA: adjust techniques to minimize dose while preserving image quality.
• Provide patient comfort, privacy, and care during imaging.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, efficient imaging workflows.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and prep to patients using AIDET.
• Review images for diagnostic acceptability and perform repeats if needed.
• Document studies accurately in RIS/PACS and manage exam retrievals.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies; restock life‑support equipment as required.
• Organize daily workflows and support department operations and compliance.
