Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT imaging with contrast and non-contrast studies, under physician direction. The role requires operating CT equipment, maintaining patient safety, and assisting with clinical education as needed.

Candidates should possess ARRT certification, NJ state license, BLS, and 1 year of diagnostic testing experience is preferred. This is an on-site Radiology position in Atlantic City, NJ.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological technologist school.
• ARRT credential and NJ state license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• NJDEP license renewal information referenced in job posting.
• 1 year of diagnostic testing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT diagnostic testing per departmental procedures.
• Operate CT equipment and peripheral devices safely and efficiently.
• Manage patient during procedures to meet care standards.
• Assist with student clinical education as applicable.
• Report equipment problems to appropriate staff.
