Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a CT Technologist (Full Time) in Atlantic City, NJ to perform diagnostic CT with and without contrast, ensuring quality patient care and safe operation of CT equipment. The role includes patient management, equipment maintenance, and supporting education within the clinical setting.

Qualifications include NJ licensure, ARRT CT and Radiography certification, and BLS. Prior diagnostic testing experience is preferred; a proven team player committed to performance improvement

Qualifications

• LICENSE: Licensed by the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
• Certified and registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).
• 1 yr. diagnostic testing experience preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic CT testing per department procedures.
• Operates CT equipment and related peripherals safely and efficiently.
• Manages patient during procedures to meet care standards.
• Reports equipment problems to appropriate staff.
• Supports student clinical education activities and teamwork.
