Job summary

Corewell Health in Michigan is seeking a CT Technologist to perform cross-sectional CT procedures, process images, and support diagnosis. You will prepare patients, administer contrast media, and ensure image quality while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related field.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years of CT experience.
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification upon hire.
• ARRT CT certification upon hire.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Verify patients’ clinical history and ensure information is accessible to the licensed practitioner.
• Identify patients correctly and prepare them for procedures to obtain results and minimize anxiety.
• Operate CT equipment and position patients to best visualize the area of interest.
• Prepare or administer contrast media per protocol.
• Evaluate images for quality and upload to PACS with proper patient ID.
• Schedule patients for procedures and follow established protocols.
