Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and patient-centered care on a full-time, day shift in Georgia. You will perform CT exams, ensure diagnostic quality, and collaborate with the radiology team to maintain efficient department flow.

The role requires ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, a radiologic technology program, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• 1 year radiology experience required; ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines and optimize image quality.
• Operate imaging equipment independently while maintaining ALARA and patient safety.
• Maintain infection control, clean rooms/equipment, and report issues promptly.
• Verify orders, obtain clinical history, and identify patients prior to exams.
• Explain procedures and prep using AIDET to reduce patient anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout visits.
