Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a CT Technologist to join the CT Scan Department at Baptist South. This is a full-time role offering high-quality imaging services and patient care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include operating GE CT equipment, patient positioning, IV contrast administration, patient education, and ensuring regulatory compliance. ARRT(R) registration, CRT and BLS are required; 1-2 years radiology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Radiology Experience Preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital setting Preferred.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams

Baptist Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join our CT Scan Department at Baptist South in Jacksonville, Florida.

This is a Full-Time opportunity.

At Baptist, our CT Technologists are dedicated to delivering high quality imaging services, ensure both the comfort and safety of patients, and will thrive in a collaborative environment. Additional responsibilities of our CT technologists include operating and calibrating of GE equipment, preparing patients for their procedures which include administering IV contrast & patient positioning, providing clear explanations & education about the process, and ensuring the compliance with all regulatory standards.

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required


• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required


• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

If hired, must pass certification in Computed Tomography from the ARRT within 12 months of hire date.
