Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Full-Time CT Technologist for the CT Scan Department at Baptist South Location in Jacksonville, FL. You will work with radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging, ensure patient safety, and support accurate procedures in a collaborative hospital setting.

Responsibilities include operating GE CT equipment, patient preparation, IV contrast administration, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years Experience working in a hospital setting
• 1-2 years Radiology Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
• Registered Technologist in Computer Tomography ARRT (CT) Required
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required
• If hired, must pass certification in Computed Tomography from the ARDMS or ARRT (CT) within 18 months of hire date

• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams.
• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Educate patients on the CT process and answer any patient questions.

Baptist Health is seeking a Full-Time CT Technologist to join our CT Scan Department at our Baptist South Location.

This is a Full-Time Days position working Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.

As a CT Technologist at Baptist, you will work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety as this aligns with our mission to make hope, healing, and well-being accessible to every person as an expression of God's love. Our CT Technologists are dedicated to delivering high quality imaging services, ensure both the comfort and safety of patients, and will thrive in a collaborative environment. Additional responsibilities of our CT technologists include operating and calibrating of GE equipment, preparing patients for their procedures which include administering IV contrast & patient positioning, providing clear explanations & education about the process, and ensuring the compliance with all regulatory standards.

As a CT Technologist, You Will Be Responsible For
