188 Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures, position patients, monitor vitals, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging. The role requires ARRT(R), CRT, and BLS credentials with CT certification within 12 months of hire.

The position is full-time with a Friday–Sunday night shift. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is eligible for hires who join Baptist Health in Jacksonville.

Contract: Full-Time, Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:30pm-7:00am. Working at Baptist South in Jacksonville, Florida.

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Performing high quality (CT) procedures in accordance to established protocols and guidelines
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams
• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards
• Educate patients on the CT process and answer any patient questions

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years Radiology Experience
• Preferred Experience working in a hospital setting
• Preferred Customer Service Experience

Education & Credential Requirements

• Vocational School Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• If hired, must pass certification in Computed Tomography from the ARRT within 12 months of hire date
