Job summary

The MetroHealth System Radiology Department in Cleveland, OH is seeking a CT Technologist to join the CT team. This role focuses on producing quality CT images and supporting CT-guided procedures in a high-volume hospital setting.

Candidates should be graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT registered, and eligible for Ohio radiographer licensure. The position offers a sign-on bonus and opportunities for cross-training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain comfort.
• Collaborate with CT staff, Nurses, Physicians and care team members throughout the hospital.
