Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures, deliver high-quality imaging, and provide a supportive patient experience. You will work within a collaborative radiology team to ensure safety and diagnostic accuracy on every exam.

The role requires completing an accredited Radiologic Technology program, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of radiology experience, with a focus on ALARA and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines, use technical knowledge to capture quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and maintain ALARA to minimize dose.
• Obtain clinical history, screen for contraindications, verify orders and patient identifiers.
