Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is expanding its Cardiac Evaluation Center in Norwalk, CT, seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT procedures at a cardiovascular walk-in center in Norwalk. You will work with Radiologists and PAs to provide high-quality CT imaging and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
• CT Advanced certification by ARRT within 12 months of job entry date is required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the CT Department of Public Health before hire date or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures according to established protocols.
• Select correct exposure factors, algorithms, and scan fields for accurate cross-sectional images.
• Assist the radiologist or Physician's Assistant during complex invasive CT examinations while maintaining sterile technique.

Education
