Job summary

Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital is hiring a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams in the evening shift. This full-time role requires adherence to ALARA principles, patient safety, and accurate image acquisition to support physicians in diagnosing conditions.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiography from a JRCERT-accredited program is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience beyond staff radiographer level; 1-3 years preferred.
• CRT- Radiologic Technologist Registration (ARRT) Upon Hire required.
• CRT- CT (CT) - ARDMS certification Upon Hire required.
• CRT- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC Upon Hire required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostic CT exams following ALARA principles and regulatory guidelines.
• Turn detailed CT images into diagnostic information that supports patient care and clinicians.
• Maintain patient safety, ensure proper positioning, and adheres to department protocols.

Scope of work

As a CT Technologist with Corewell Health, you can turn detailed images into life-changing diagnoses. You'll be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 1 year of relevant experience 1-3 years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level. Preferred
• CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excludes team members hired prior to 2008. 1 Year required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
