Job summary

UC San Diego Health is seeking CT Technologists to work across multiple UC San Diego Health locations, including La Jolla and Hillcrest, with potential site-to-site rotation. You will prepare patients, operate advanced CT scanners, and ensure safety and comfort while delivering high-quality imaging across cardiology, neurology, oncology, and trauma cases.

Ideal candidates hold CRT-R and ARRT CT certification, VENIPUNCTURE, and BART/BLS.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of a radiologic technology program.
• Licensure and certifications required: CRT-R and ARRT (CT).
• Venipuncture certification and BART/BLS at hire or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for CT imaging.
• Operate CT equipment and adjust scanning parameters.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Review images for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures.
