Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform CT imaging for adult patients under radiologist supervision. The role requires ARRT CT certification, BLS, and 2+ years of CT experience, with Philips CT experience preferred.

You will ensure high-quality images and patient education throughout the CT process. In addition to operating the radiology information system, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program completion.
• ARRT Certification required or pursued.
• CT certification within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience, Philips experience preferred.
• 3D imaging experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Venipuncture and Contrast Administration validation within 1 month of hire.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and emergency CT procedures for adults under radiologist guidance.
• Operate and interpret orders from the radiology information system.
• Accurately follow physician scanning instructions to produce high-quality CT images.
• Educate patients about the CT procedure and process.
