Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology Department is hiring a CT Technologist to produce high-quality CT images and assist with guided procedures. You will coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients, educate patients about procedures, and support radiologists and nurses in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ARRT CT credential or within one year, Ohio licensure, and strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT and CT credential or within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Produces high-quality CT images in diverse settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examinations.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication.
• Work well independently and as part of the CT Team.
